  3. Shade the inverter distribution box

  Inverters are generally ip65 protection grade, with a certain degree of wind, dust and waterproof.  However, when the inverter and distribution box work, they must also dissipate heat, so when installing inverters and distribution boxes, it is better to installed in shades and shelters. If it is installed in the open air, the inverter and distribution box must be protected from direct sunlight. Avoid overheating the inverter and distribution box and affect the power generation. 

  4.Regular inspection and cleaning is essential

  After the PV power station is built, the operation and maintenance can't be sloppy. Especially in the summer, it is best to conduct regular inspections to ensure that the PV power station has good heat dissipation and air circulation, remove all of weeds and obstructions that affect heat dissipation. Only in this way, the power generation and operation of the photovoltaic power station can be guaranteed.

  At the same time, if the photovoltaic panel is not cleaned for a long time, a large amount of dust will accumulate on the surface. Even after rain, dust will accumulate on the lower part of the photovoltaic panel because the installation Angle of the photovoltaic panel is not very big. Therefore, artificial cleaning is required. Rinse with water first, then wipe with a cloth mop.
