According to the national energy administration of the ministry of finance of the national development and reform commission issued by the "interim measures for renewable energy electricity price additional subsidy funds management > notification" (money to build [2012] no. 102) and the ministry of finance on distributed photovoltaic implement according to the electricity subsidy policy and related issues notice "(money to build [2013] no. 390), the ministry of finance, national development and reform commission, the national energy administration will conform to the conditions of the project on additional funding for renewable energy electricity price list, and shall be promulgated by the ministry of finance website. The related matters are as follows:

A, existing forestry biomass power generation, waste incineration power generation and biogas power generation of the country's electricity price support policy, including coal and biomass of agriculture and forestry, living garbage and other mixed burning power generation, biomass power generation projects, the other is not included in the national renewable energy electricity price additional funding for directory, set by the local publish relevant policies and measures to solve the problem of money, please comply with the relevant units.

Second, according to article 21 in the renewable energy law "for the acquisition of renewable energy power grid enterprises to pay the cost of reasonable joint network, as well as other reasonable expenses incurred, can be recorded into the cost of power grid enterprises, and recycling" from sales of electricity regulation, have been incorporated into and has not yet been incorporated into the national renewable energy electricity price of renewable energy to meet additional funding for the directory network project, no longer by the additional subsidy funds to subsidize renewable energy electricity price, related subsidies into province distribution electricity price recovery, approved by the national development and reform commission in consideration together when the distribution of electricity.

3. For projects included in the subsidy list, if the changes of "project name", "project company", "project capacity", "line length" or other changes are inconsistent with the reality, they shall apply to the ministry of finance, the national development and reform commission and the state energy administration for change in a timely manner, and they can only continue to enjoy the electricity price subsidy after approval.
