winter of 2019-2020 air pollution comprehensive management action plan  , it is clear that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and  surrounding areas 2+26 cities should fully complete the 2019 environmental  air quality improvement target. During the autumn and winter this year, that  is, from October 1 this year to March 31 next year, the area pm2. 5 The  average concentration decreased by 4% year-on-year, and the number of  severe and above pollution days decreased by 6%.

All along, the air pollution in North China is serious, and the autumn  and winter seasons are often in the haze, which has a serious impact on  people's health and production and life. This year is the third year of the  Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas in the autumn and winter .Practically promoted the improvement of environmental quality. However, the average concentration of pm2.5 in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas during the autumn and winter is about twice that of other seasons, and the number of heavy pollution days accounts for more than 90% of the whole year. In North China, photovoltaic power generation in these two provinces and cities is very popular.

The person in charge of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment mentioned in a question on the" Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas in the autumn and winter of 2019-2020 air pollution comprehensive management action plan", clean heating is the most important measure to improve air quality in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and surrounding areas. The

contribution rate of reducing the concentration of pm2.5 is more than 1/3. Promoting the development of the clean heating industry can not only meet the residents' needs for indoor comfortable temperature, but also reduce pollutant emissions, help blue sky defense, and improve energy utilization. Efficiency, reduce carbon dioxide emissions, and establish a responsible  country image of China's active response to climate change.

According to the China Clean and Heating Industry Develpment Report(2019), from 2017 to 2021, the clean heating in the northern region will increase by 9. 1 billion square meters, and in 2021 it will reach about 18 billion square meters. The clean heating rate will reach 70. %.If calculated  according to 100 yuan per square meter, the size of the clean heating market

from 2017 to 2021 is 910 billion yuan, which is the market of one trillion yuan.
